Date of online registration through Samarth Portal of Central University of Karnataka – 20 May 2022

The closing date for submission of application – 20 June 2022.

Eligibility Conditions:

Admission and the eligible candidates shall directly appear for the interview:

1. Candidates who have qualified national level examinations [such as JRF (UGC / CSIR / DBT / ICMR / ICSSR), NET (UGC/CSIR), GATE or equivalent etc.)].
2. Candidates who have secured DST-INSPIRE Fellowship.

Qualification for Eligibility:

(a) Ph. D in Engineering:

Master Degree in relevant branch of Engineering/Technology with minimum 60% marks or equivalent CPI 6.5 OR

Bachelor’s degree in relevant branch of Engineering/Technology with minimum 80% marks or equivalent CPI 8.5

(b) Ph. D in Sciences, Computer Applications, Humanities, Social Sciences and Management:

Master’s Degree in the relevant subject with a minimum 60% marks or equivalent CPI

OR

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology with minimum 80 % marks or equivalent CPI 8.5

Selection Procedure: The selection procedure for admission to PhD Programme is based on consistently good academic record, written test and interview conducted by the Department. Reservations for SC/ST/OBC/ PWD/ EWS are applicable as per GOI norms.

The English and Foreign Languages University Opens PhD Admission 2022 for 127 Seats

Hyderabad, 06 May 2022: The English and Foreign Languages University, Hyderabad, a Central University, has announced Admission to research programmes and PGDTE, PGDTA and PGDT courses at Hyderabad, Shillong and Lucknow for the academic year 2022-2023.

The closing date for submission of the application is 18 May 2022.
