University of Delhi Launches Portal for Admission 2023 via CUET Score ! 79 UG programs of 67 colleges

University of Delhi has launched the portal for admission through CUET test in its UG programs for academic level 2022-23.

On Monday, DU Vice Chancellor Prof. Yogesh Singh, while launching the CSAS-2022 (Allocation-cum-Admission Policy) portal, informed that this year admissions are to be done in 79 UG programs across 67 colleges/departments/centres, which includes 206 combinations for BA programme as well.

Vice Chancellor Prof. Yogesh Singh, speaking to reporters on the occasion, said that about 6 lakh 14 thousand steptudents from across the country have included DU in their preferred University. He informed that CSAS-2022 will be conducted in three phases in which first phase will be to apply to University of Delhi, second phase will be preference filling and third phase will be seat allotment-cum-admission.

While launching the CSAS-2022 portal, the Vice Chancellor said that the registration process has started from today. He told that it will be our endeavor that two more allotment rounds should be kept before the spot round so that any aspiring student does not face any problem. He called upon the applicants to fill as many choices as possible so that they do not face any problem in allotment of the colleges and subjects of their choice. He said that we have designed the policy in such a way that the hassles can be minimized, yet we have also made provision for mid-entry admissions so that the applicants who have been left out due to some reason can also get a chance.

On this occasion, Dean Admission, University of Delhi, Prof. Haneet Gandhi gave detailed information about the admission process. She said that under the first phase, a one-time application fee of Rs 100 for SC, ST and PWBD category applicants for CSAS-2022 and Rs 250 for UR, OBC-NCL, EWS category will have to be paid which will be non-refundable. Candidates willing to take admission in Delhi University will have to apply through CSAS-2022 application form only. The application number of CUET (UG)-2022 will be mandatory to apply for CSAS-2022. The personal details such as name, photograph and signature etc. submitted by the applicant during CUET (UG)-2022 will be automatically integrated in CSAS-2022.

Depending on the availability of seats vacant due to rejection, cancellation and withdrawal, the university may declare multiple allotment rounds. The university will display the vacant seats on its admission website (admission.uod.ac.in) before each allotment round. All the candidates who have applied for CSAS-2022 will be eligible for all the allotment rounds except those applicants whose allotted seat/admission has been cancelled due to any reason. Candidates who opt for “Upgrade” will be considered in subsequent CSAS-2022 allotment rounds as per the availability of seats. University has also made such provision through which applicants can answer any query raised by the college during approval.

JNU PhD Admission 2022-23: Application Portal for JRF and GATE Category Opens, for JNU Entrance to Open Soon

New Delhi, 26 August 2022: Jawaharlal Nehru University, India’s top ranked university, has released the prospectus for PhD Admission and Diploma in Proficiency for academic year 2022-23.

The candidates seeking admission into Ph.D. programmes have to appear in the CBT (Computer Based Test).

JRF qualified candidates shall be exempted from Computer Based Test (CBT). They are required to apply separately under JRF category. Such candidates shall be shortlisted and called directly for viva-voce.

GATE qualified candidates for the admission in the school of Engineering shall be exempted from Computer Based Test (CBT). They are required to apply separately under GATE category. Such candidates shall be shortlisted and called directly for viva-voce.

The application portal for JRF qualified and GATE qualified category candidates is open now.

The application portal for Jawaharlal Nehru University Entrance Examination (JNUEE)  2022-23 will open very soon, as the notification from JNU.

IIM Bangalore Announces PhD Admission 2023 ! Monthly Fellowships @ 35K, Zero Tuition Fee & Startup Grant

Bangalore, 12 September 2022:  Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Bangalore, second Top Ranker in BSchools in India,  has opened application portal for PhD (Doctoral) Admission 2023. PhD Admission is available in 10 subjects related to Management, Economics and Entrepreneurship.

There is no tuition fee for PhD students. Additionally, Doctoral research scholars will receive a stipend of Rs 35,000 per month for up to five years to cover their living expenses. Startup grant (in year 1) of Rs 75,000 to meet expenses on purchasing research work related hardware and software.

University of Queensland – IIT Delhi Academy of Research Opens Joint PhD Admission January 2023

New Delhi, 10 September 2022: The UQ – IITD Academy of Research (UQIDAR) is a transnational collaborative joint-PhD program that supports research in multi-disciplinary areas.  The University of Queensland, a top university from Australia, and Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi Academy of Research have collaborated to offer Joint PhD Programes.

The UQ – IITD Academy of Research (UQIDAR) has invited applications from eligible candidates for PhD Programmes for January 2023. The admission portal will open from 12 September 2022.

There are two PhD pathways to consider: i-students and q-students.
