The Delhi University (DU) is planning to admit students into the PhD programmes through Common University Entrance Test (CUET), for the first time this year.
The university launched its admission portal Wednesday and as part of its admission process is offering 51 programmes among various departments and centres under PhD.
“Candidates will have to appear either in a national level test such as UGC- NET/CSIR-NET or can wish to appear through CUET (PhD) 2023. Interviews are mandatory to all and will be shortlisted for interviews, post the CUET (PhD) 2023 result declaration,” Vice-Chancellor Yogesh Singh on Wednesday.
