 Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Tirupati, an Institute of National Importance, has announced PhD & MS (Research)/ MTech/MPP (Master of Public Policy)Admission for July 2023 Intake.

Financial Assistance is available (Half-time Teaching/Research Assistantship – HTRA) as per the norms of MoE or other funding agency.

Ph.D. in Engineering (a) A Master’s degree in Engineering/Technology or a Master’s degree by Research in Engineering/Technology with a good academic record or a five year integrated Masters/ Dual Degree in Engineering/Technology.

(or) (b) A Master’s degree in Sciences with a good academic record and of exceptional merit in the relevant Engineering discipline with a valid GATE score or UGC/CSIR-NET or equivalent qualification in the relevant area tenable for the year of registration.

(or) (c) Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology from any Indian Institute of Technology (IITs) or Master’s degree in Sciences (entry through JAM) from any IIT with an exceptionally good academic record in an eligible discipline and a minimum CGPA of 8/10 (7.5 for EWS/OBC-NCL and 7.0 for SC/ST/PwD)

(or) (d) Candidates with five-year integrated BS+MS degree from any CFTI.

Ph.D. in Sciences

(a) Master’s degree in Sciences with a good academic record and a valid score in GATE or CSIR/UGC-NET(JRF/LS)/NBHM/INSPIRE/JEST or equivalent qualification tenable for the current year in the relevant area. (or)

(b) Master’s degree holders in Engineering/Technology and Master of Science(Research) or a five year integrated Masters/ Dual Degree in Engineering/Technology.

(or)

 (c) Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology from any Indian Institute of Technology (IITs) or Master’s degree in Sciences (entry through JAM) from any IIT with an exceptionally good academic record in an eligible discipline and a minimum CGPA of 8/10 (7.5 for EWS/OBC-NCL and 7.0 for SC/ST/PwD).

Ph.D. in Humanities and Social Sciences:

Master’s degree in an eligible discipline with a good academic record or equivalent with a valid GATE score or UGC/CSIR-NET or equivalent qualification tenable for the current year in the relevant area.

A valid GATE score or UGC/CSIR-NET/INSPIRE qualification etc. is not required in the case of candidates applying under the external category.

Indian Institute of Technology (Indian School of Mines) Dhanbad, an Institute of National Importance, has released MTech Admission notification for 2023-24. IIT (ISM) Dhanbad offers MTech programme is 14 Specialization.

IIT(ISM) offers admission in M. Tech. in three different modes:

• Candidates with GATE score (may be called GATE candidates)
• IIT Graduates with B. Tech degree
• Candidates sponsored by government organizations/reputed Industrial Organization/ Academic Institutions (may be called Sponsored candidates)

How to Apply: Online application form is required to be submitted through online portal, which will remain available on the IIT(ISM) website iitism.ac.in from 15 March  2023 to 17 April  2023 (tentative). The GATE candidates will also have to register themselves at COAP 2023 portal as seat allotment will be made through COAP. The admission of IIT Graduates and Sponsored candidates will be carried out through online portal of IIT (ISM) Dhanbad.

Tripura University, a Central University, has announced PhD Admission 2021. Admission to the PhD programs will be through Research Eligibility Test (RET-2022) under different departments in the Faculties of Science and Arts & Commerce.

Eligibility: Candidates holding a Master’s Degree with 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/PWD candidates) in the concerned subjects or allied subjects from any recognized University or Institute of National Importance are eligible to apply for admission to Ph.D. Program.

Candidates who have fulfilled all other essential requirements as mentioned above and have cleared UGC/CSIR (JRF) Examinations / NET / SET / SLET / GATE and / or are Teacher Fellowship holders or have passed the M.Phil Examinations or have worked in Tripura University in the capacity of a regular faculty for more than 1 year are not required to appear in the written test of RET exam. However, they will have to face directly Viva-Voce for Admission.

Tezpur University Opens Admission 2023-24 for PhD, MTech, PG programs: PhD in 27 Subjects

Tezpur, 27 March 2023: Tezpur University, a Central University in Assam, has announced Admission to BTech (Lateral entry), PG, MTech and PhD Programmes for the academic year 2023-24.

Tezpur University, Tezpur, Assam will hold the Tezpur University Entrance Examinations (TUEE) for admission into various Ph.D, Post Graduate (PG) and B.Tech. (lateral entry) programmes for the academic session 2023-24. The admission portal will be live on 24 March, 2023.

For TUEE, the University will set up twenty-three (23) numbers of examination centres across all major cities in India, including the Northeast Region, where OMR based / OMRcum- descriptive type examinations will be conducted for intending applicants.

Tezpur University offers a wide range of PhD, Postgraduate (PG) and PG Diploma programmes across various disciplines under the schools of Engineering, Sciences, Management and Humanities and Social Sciences.

Tripura University Announces PhD Admission 2023 for 169 Seats ! Decoding Eligibility

Tripura (W),  12 Mar 2023: Tripura University, a Central University, has announced PhD Admission 2021. Admission to the PhD programs will be through Research Eligibility Test (RET-2022) under different departments in the Faculties of Science and Arts & Commerce.
