North-Eastern Hill University(NEHU), Shillong, a Central University in Meghalaya, has released PhD Admission Notification for Academic Year 2023-24. PhD Admission is available for more than 40 departments in its Shillong and Tura campuses.

How to Apply and Application Fee:     Students applying courses/programmes in Shillong as well in Tura Campus  are requested to apply online on payment of  Rs.500/- and Rs.250/- (for SC/ST category) and the payment will be online using Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking through SBI  and HDFC Bank.

Key Dates: The last date for submission of application form for PhD Programme is 31 August 2023.

Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University (BBAU), Lucknow, a Central University situated  in Uttar Pradesh has announced Admission to  PhD programmes 2023-24.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) will conduct the PhD Entrance Test 2023 for BBAU. Submission of Application Form and Payment of Application Fee for Entrance Examination to be conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA).

Total Vacant Seats:  The Total number of vacant seats are 403 in main Lucknow campus in more than 26 subjects and 18 seats in its Amethi Satellite Campus.

University of Jammu , a State University in Jammu and Kashmir Union Territory,  has announced PhD Admission for Academic Year 2022-23. PhD Admission is available in 27 Departments.

A candidate shall be eligible for enrolment to the Ph.D., if he/she has obtained Master’s Degree, with not less than 55% marks in aggregate (50% in case of SC/ST/OBC (non- creamy layer)/PWD/EWS Candidates) in the Programme in which he/she desires to work for Ph.D.

Total Number of PhD Seats:  The total number of PhD seats are 130 across 27 subjects.

Ph.D. Entrance Test for DU, JNU, BHU and BBAU –2023 will be conducted in Computer Based Test mode only.

Other than the Ph.D. Entrance Test for different languages, Ph.D. Entrance Test for DU, JNU, BHU and BBAU –2023 will be conducted in English language only.
