Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati is the organizing institute for Joint Admission for test for Masters (JAM) 2023. The examinations will be held on 12 February 2023. The online application portal will open for registration from 07 September 2022. The online application portal will close on 11 October 2022.
JAM 2023 is a Computer Based Test (CBT) to be conducted in seven different subjects: Biotechnology (BT), Chemistry (CY), Economics (EN), Geology (GG), Mathematical Statistics (MS), Mathematics (MA), Physics (PH).

JAM 2023 scores likely to be used by around 30 CFTIs including NITs, IISc, DIAT, IIEST, IISER, IIPE, JNCASR, SLIET for over 2300 seats.
Exam Features: Fully objective type, with three types of questions: (i) Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ), (ii) Multiple Select Questions (MSQ), and (iii) Numerical Answer Type (NAT) questions.
Candidates can appear for either ONE or TWO test papers.
